Bloub, an animated SVG recreation of the x.ai bot avatar

Bloub remakes the x.ai bot avatar as a single filled SVG shape that morphs through 14 states, measured frame by frame off the reference video. Eyes are separate shapes. There is no animation library. The source is on GitHub.

That kind of constraint is the interesting part. An agent face you can export as SVG, PNG, GIF, or MP4, with the motion coming from measured profiles rather than a model guessing the next frame.
