Plexus is our custom MLOps lifecycle management platform, built as the core infrastructure for the AI/ML lab we created for Call Criteria. It manages the complete machine learning lifecycle for developing AI agents and ML models for classification at production scale.

Purpose-Built for RLHF at Scale

Plexus was designed specifically to support manual lab work in creating and refining AI agents and ML models. At its core, it implements a full RLHF (Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback) data flywheel that operates continuously at production scale, constantly aligning more closely with human feedback through continuous online learning.
