PRIVACY

Privacy policy

What the anth.us website collects, why we collect it, who sees it, and the choices you have.

01 / Who we are

Who we are and how to contact us

This policy explains what personal information the website at anth.us (the “site”) collects, why, and the choices you have. It applies to the site and to the contact form on it. Our other sites, such as the solution sites on anth.us subdomains and the projects on GitHub, may have their own practices.

The site is run by Anthus AI Solutions (“Anthus”, “we”, “us”), operated by Endymion Corporation, PO Box 398795, Miami Beach, FL 33139.

For privacy questions or to make a request about your information, write to info@anth.us. You can also send a note through the contact form on the engage page and say it is a privacy request.

02 / What we collect

What we collect and why

If you use the contact form

The form on the engage page asks for:

  • your name and email address (required);
  • your company (optional);
  • your message (required).

It also includes a hidden field that real visitors never see or fill in; we use it to spot automated spam. When you send the form we also receive the page you sent it from and any campaign tags in the address you arrived with (utm_source, utm_medium and utm_campaign), the version of the privacy notice shown with the form, and a random identifier that stops the same note being filed twice. We also receive how long the form was open before you sent it. The form does not ask you to join any mailing list.

Once your message is stored, an automated check scores it for spam so that we can protect the form from junk and abuse. The score is kept with your message. A person reads the message either way.

We use these details only to reply to you and to keep a record of our conversation. We never sell them and we never add them to a mailing list. We keep them until you ask us to delete them.

Analytics

The site uses Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-31SC26SDGX) to understand how it is used: which pages are visited, how visitors arrive, and roughly what kind of device and browser they use. Google Analytics uses cookies or similar identifiers in your browser and sends this usage information to Google. We use it to improve the site and the writing on it.

Technical information

Like any website, delivering a page to you means our hosting provider and the content delivery network receive your browser’s request, which includes your IP address and details such as the browser type and the page requested. The site also loads its fonts from Google Fonts, so your browser contacts Google’s font servers when a page loads.

Advertising

We do not currently run advertising on the site or use advertising cookies. We may in future use advertising services such as Google Ads or LinkedIn to measure and improve our advertising. If we do, we will use them only after you accept advertising cookies in the cookie settings, and we will update this policy first.

03 / Legal basis

Why we may process it

Where the law of your region requires a legal basis for processing, we rely on the following.

  • Contact form: our legitimate interest in responding to the request you chose to send us and in keeping a record of that conversation.
  • Analytics and advertising cookies in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland: your consent. These cookies stay off until you choose to allow them.
  • Analytics elsewhere: our legitimate interest in understanding how the site is used. You can switch analytics off in the cookie settings at any time.

04 / Cookies

Cookies and similar technologies

Cookies and similar technologies, such as local storage in your browser, are used for three things on the site.

  • Analytics (Google Analytics 4). Used to measure use of the site, as described above.
  • Your cookie choice. The site stores your choice in your browser’s local storage so it does not ask you again each visit. The choice is kept for about six months, after which we ask again.
  • Your opt-out flag. If you add ?notrack=1 to the end of a page address, the site stores a flag in your browser’s local storage that turns Google Analytics off for that browser. Adding ?notrack=0 removes the flag.

The contact form does not set cookies: it sends your note without credentials or cookies.

Your choices

If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, analytics and advertising are denied until you choose. Elsewhere, analytics is on by default and advertising stays off until you accept it. In every region the “Cookies and analytics” banner lets you choose “Reject all” or “Accept all”, with the same prominence for each, and you can change your choice at any time with the “Cookie settings” link in the footer of every page. You can also block or delete cookies and local storage in your browser settings.

05 / Retention

How long we keep it

Contact form details are kept until you ask us to delete them. Your cookie choice is kept in your own browser for about six months. Analytics data is kept by Google Analytics for the period set in our Google Analytics configuration, after which it is deleted by Google.

06 / Sharing

Sharing and service providers

We do not sell the details you send through the contact form and we do not share them for marketing. We use these service providers (“processors”) to run the site, and they handle information only as needed to provide those services.

  • Amazon Web Services hosts the site (storage and content delivery) and runs the systems that receive and store contact form submissions.
  • Prospectus, the contact-management system that Anthus operates on Amazon Web Services, receives each contact form submission, stores it, and scores it for spam. It is not a separate company, and it does not share your details with anyone else.
  • Google provides Google Analytics 4 and Google Fonts.

We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect our rights and the security of the site.

07 / Transfers

International transfers

Our service providers operate internationally, so information about you may be processed in countries other than your own, including the United States. Where the law requires it, we rely on appropriate safeguards for those transfers, such as the contractual terms and transfer mechanisms our providers offer.

08 / Your rights

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

  • access the personal information we hold about you;
  • correct information that is wrong;
  • ask us to delete your information;
  • object to our processing that rests on legitimate interest;
  • withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting what we did before you withdrew it. For cookies, use “Cookie settings” in the footer.

To use any of these rights, contact us at info@anth.us. We may need to confirm who you are first. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection supervisory authority if you think we have handled your information unlawfully.

09 / Children

Children

The site is meant for adults and businesses and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.

10 / Changes

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the site or the law changes. When we do, we will change the effective date below.

This policy is effective from 2026-10-19.
